Privacy policy

How Solonomo handles your data.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us — your name, email, date of birth, profile details, photos and messages — and technical data such as device type and app usage needed to operate the service. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive the basic profile information those providers share to create your account.

How we use it

We use your data to provide Solonomo: to create and secure your account, show you relevant people and content, deliver messages and notifications, process subscriptions, and keep the community safe. We do not sell your personal data.

Sign in with Apple

If you use Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email; we then receive an Apple-provided relay address and use it only to communicate with you about your account.

Subscriptions

Auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of your subscription status to unlock features, but your payment details are handled by the app store, not by Solonomo.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the app (for example hosting, analytics and push notifications) under contractual confidentiality, or where required by law. Your public profile and posts are visible to other members according to your settings.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile, control privacy settings, export your data and deactivate your account from Settings. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@solonomo.app.

Data retention and security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
